How do football credit cards benefit football clubs?
- Earn contributions for your football club
The majority of football credit cards will benefit their football team by generating monetary contributions for the club, in the form of royalties from the issuing bank or building society.
Contributions are earned whenever a football cardholder uses their football credit card for purchases that is paying for goods or services from retailers or companies.
Contributions are paid for by the bank or building society, and do not cost the football cardholder anything extra at all.
Many football clubs use these contributions towards supporting the future of their club, for example investing money into the football club's Academy for young players.

- Tip: You should also check the interest rates for cash withdrawals, as they can be higher than purchase rates.
